The Aviation Museum is based in a large aircraft hangar on the edge of Bournemouth Airport and represents one of the largest collections of aviation history, artefacts and aeroplanes anywhere in the country. Staffed by a great many enthusiasts and unpaid volunteers, the museum has a great many brilliant examples of aeroplanes from throughout the ages.
